We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Cryptocurrency payments may also be accepted by prior arrangement through our WhatsApp support.
Orders will only enter processing once payment has been successfully authorised.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are normally processed within one business day.
* Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday-Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day.
* Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or UK public holidays are generally processed on the next working day.
All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Estimated delivery is 24-48 hours from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Zyros Labs is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs authorities, severe weather, industrial action, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Returns & Refunds
Customers wishing to request a return must contact Zyros Labs within 5 days of receiving their order.
Returns must not be sent without prior authorisation.
Returned items must satisfy the eligibility requirements outlined within our Refund Policy.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and any request will instead be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
